NOTE: ALL equipment purchased with ministry funds is the property of Faith Outreach Church and will not be used for purposes outside of this ministry, unless special exception has been granted by the FOC Administrative Office. All equipment
must be properly maintained and serviced by the requesting department. FOC Equipment will be properly stored on Faith Outreach South and West campuses as directed by the FOC Property Manager / FOC Admin Staff.

REPLACEMENT: Please contact the FOC Property Manager for further guidance for unserviceable equipment. This must be completed prior to receiving replacement items.
